We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

Items must be returned in the same condition they were received, including original packaging when applicable.

For food, candy, snacks, beverages, and other consumable products, returns are only accepted if the item is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging. Opened or partially consumed products are not eligible for return.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing an item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and make it right.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.

Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

To request a return or refund, contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for the request.

We process orders within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on the shipping carrier and destination.

Shipping costs, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

If your package arrives damaged, is missing items, or appears to be lost in transit, contact our customer support team with your order number so we can review the issue.
